problem printing, just stripes

I opened and installed my new CL4NX PLUS, I printed few labels, suddenly stopped printin normal and started to print just lines or stripes like a giant barcode in all the label. I applied factory settings and calibrations, nothing works, switched the print head and the same. I attach images.
