    I think you need to add "topics" to create product groups!

    you can even add clips directly to the cases. nice!

    I also have problems since a lot of the information is in Japanese :-)
    I am using "Google translate" to view the page in english and it works good!

    According to Zendesk staff, Zendesk has multi-language function.

    So, please send photo or PrtSc to me.

    This user has English set as Language (and I have not figured out how to change this user's Language when logging in as that user.
