Useful Functions

Guidance Video

Test Print

You can print a factory test, the product setting information, or the results of what the media sensors detected.

Check Media Size

The product generates a media error when the sizes of the print data and loaded media are different.

Password

You can set a password to restrict product operations.

Show Total Count

The product can show the total print count on the Online/Offline screen.

Auto Power-Off

You can set the product to power off automatically when no operation is performed for a certain period of time.

Estimated Printable

Product Operation Functions

Reprint

You can set the product to print the previous data again by pressing the  button (REPRINT) on the Online screen.

Start Online

You can set the product to start in Online mode when powering on the product.

Feed after Error

You can set the product to automatically feed the media when recovering from an error.

Head Check

The product can automatically check if there is a broken heating element in the print head.

SOS (SATO Online Services) (SOS users only)

This is a remote maintenance service that monitors your product status 24 hours a day and supports stable operation of the product.

Notifications

You can check the counter of the print head or the platen roller, and set them to notify you when parts need to be cleaned or replaced.

NFC
