Resolution/Answer

You can easily move the printer from one folder to another by using the Drag-and-Drop function.

 

•	The Drag-and-Drop function, which allows you to move printers to folders, is currently available only in List View.

Moving a Printer to Another Folder

1.	Select [Home] or the folder where the desired printer is shown on the printer page.

2.	Hover the mouse over the desired printer row and drag the printer into the desired folder on the[Printer Grouping] panel.

This action will automatically refresh both the printer list and folder list, updating them with the new information.

Moving Multiple Printers to Another Folder

1.	Select [Home] or the folder where the desired printers are shown on the printer page.

2.	Select the check boxes on the left of the printers that you wanted to move.

3.	Drag them to the desired folder on the [Printer Grouping] panel.

This action will automatically refresh both the printer list and folder list, updating them with the new information.
