Resolution/Answer
1. Restart PC and Printer.
2. Check the Connection between PC and printer.
For LAN connection, ensure the LAN cable is plug in securely and TCP/IP is configured correctly. You may consult your IT department if necessary.
For USB connection, ensure the USB cable is securely connected.
3. Ensure your PC has updated to the latest All-In-One Tool.
4. When All-In-One Tool tries to connect to the printer, it is important to ensure that there is no other application (such as a printer driver) using the printer at the same time. For example, a printer driver that is actively connecting to the PW208NX via the USB port will cause connection problems to the All-In-One Tool with this printer.
