Resolution/Answer
1. Log in using the provided link, https://satovendortagging.onnicelabel.com/print/.
You are directed to the NiceLabel Web Printing page opened with your default browser.
Alternately, you may manually type the above address on your browser.
• You may add this link as a favorite to your browser for easy access next time.
2. If the NiceLabel Web Client has not installed to your computer, click the [Download
printing client] button.
Run the downloaded installation file and follow the installer wizard until you are instructed to close
the window. Leave the browser window open while installing the Web Client.
3. If you have already installed the NiceLabel Web Client, a dialog will appear when
the NiceLabel Web Printing page is opened in step 1.
If the dialog does not appear, click the [Launch printing solution] button on the NiceLabel Web
Printing page.
4. Click [Open] on the dialog.
The Web Client opens a separate window. Keep this window open until you have signed in.
• To stay signed in, select the [Remember me] checkbox in the above [Sign in] window. The Web Client will automatically sign in using the last account and will not prompt you to sign in the next time you open the application.
• If another user needs to sign in on the same computer, you must sign out by clicking on the User Name.
5. On the browser, click the respective button to sign in with Microsoft account or
Google account. Choose the account that the email address that was registered
under the SATO Vendor Tagging (RFID) solution.
6. After successfully signed in, you can close the browser and wait for the SATO
Vendor Tagging (RFID) to launch.
7. The startup screen first appears while verifying the account information.
8. A Warning dialog will then appear to alert the user to discard labels when any
printer error occurs. Read the message to understand the operation and click
[Understand] to continue.

9. The [Printing] screen is displayed and ready for printing.
