SATO Online Services (SOS) - Login and Initial Settings

Resolution/Answer

When using SOS, the registered administrator of the End-user company shall receive an invitation e-mail from the SOS server. ​

 

1. Login (Invitation e-mail)

Log in to SOS referring to the login URL and given temporary password in the invitation e-mail. After login, the password can be reset.

Note:​

Sometimes the e-mail will be sent to the junk mailbox, please check it.

2. Log In

Log in to SOS using the URL and temporary password in the invitation e-mail.

3. Reset password

Click the “Forgot password” from the log in page for password reset. Then enter the End-user’s e-mail address. A password reset instructions will send to the e-mail.

Note:​

For personal security, it is recommended to change the password at every 90 days.
