What to check	Countermeasure
Is the print head dirty?	Clean the print head. Cleaning the Inside of the Product
Are the media and ribbon loaded correctly?	Load the media and ribbon correctly. Loading Media and Ribbon

The print head may be defective if the error cannot be resolved.

Alternatively, reading may not be possible if the barcode's left/right margins are insufficient or the 2D code's top/bottom and left/right margins are insufficient.
