[01-01887-EN] Cannot Communicate via RS-232C

Is the RS-232C cable connected correctly?	Connect the RS-232C cable correctly. RS-232C Interface Connection (Optional)
Are the product's interface settings configured correctly?	Set the interface settings of the product again. In Offline mode, open the Settings mode, and set the [Interface] > [RS-232C] menu. RS-232C
Is the RS-232C port of the computer to which the product is connected enabled?	If there are multiple RS-232C ports on the computer, connect to another port.

Power on the product and computer again if the error cannot be resolved.
