Did you touch the NFC mark on the Android device to the NFC antenna on the product?	Touch the NFC antenna of the product with the NFC mark on the Android device. NFC Interface Connection (Standard)

Shift the Android device to the front, back, left and right, and then hold it up again if the error cannot be resolved.
