How to print labels

Resolution/Answer
1. On the Product List, click the desired product.
The selected product name and description are shown below the list.
2. Select the label layout from the [Label Layout] drop-down list.
3. Confirm the selected label layout and printing content from the label preview
section.
4. Set [Printer] to the SATO printer that was registered for the SATO Vendor Tagging
(RFID) solution.
5. Enter the number of labels to be printed in [Printer Qty].
• The maximum print quantity for each product is 230 = 1,073,741,824.
6. Print and encoding the RFID tag.
You can either perform a test print or print labels for the actual application.
To perform a test print
1) Select the [Test Print] checkbox.
When the [Test Print] checkbox is selected, the label preview screen will show the watermarks
on the label.
2) Click the [Print] button.
A caution dialog is displayed to remind you not to use the test print label for the actual
application.
3) Click [OK] to proceed with the test print.
The label will be printed with watermarks, and the data will be encoded to the RFID tag.
To print labels for the actual application
Ensure the [Test Print] checkbox is clear, and then click the [Print] button.
The label will be printed without any watermark, and the data will be encoded to the RFID tag.
