<The causes frequently observed>
(1) Improper loading of labels/ribbon.
(2) Poor sensitivity of a media sensor due to the dirt on the surface.
(3) Print position information in the printing data.

In case of the vertical print position issue
(1) Please refer to the below link and reload the media(labels and ribbon) accordingly.

(2) Please clean inside of the printer particularly the media route and media sensor.
(3) Check the configuration of the printer driver if printer driver is being used.
Check whether print position information is included in the printing data or not. If the print position information is in the data, and this could be the cause of the issue, please make a correction of printing data.
If the situation is still not improved by doing (1), (2) and or (3), please check and adjust the print position configuration manually.
