CG4 - Label Sensor Calibration

Problem/Question

Label does not stop at the correct position. 

Labels are misaligned.

Skipping Labels.

CG408TT, CG412TT, CG408DT, CG412DT.

Resolution/Answer

Steps:

1. Clean the printer. Refer to this Link.
2. With the power supply off, pull the cover open/close latches on both sides of the printer toward you to unlock the top cover, and then open the top cover halfway.
3. Press and hold "FEED/LINE" button and press "Power" button. continue to hold the "FEED/LINE" button until you hear 2 beeps sound, release the "FEED/LINE" button.
4. Close the top cover
5. Press and hold "FEED/LINE" button and release after 1 beep sound.
6. Wait until the "Online" LED light blinking.
7. Press "FEED/LINE" button. Label will dispatch. Reboot the printer.
8. done.
