How to report issue by printer support and contact

Resolution/Answer
The [Support] menu allows users to report any issues they encounter or ask questions, as well as access information from the global network contact list.
On the printer page, click [Others] > [Support] of the selected printer.

Submit Online Ticket
If you experience any problems with the printer or have any inquiries, click [Submit Online Ticket] to submit a request form.
Sales Representatives
For further inquiries about our products, you can contact your SATO sales representative directly. Click [Sales Representatives] to access our SATO network contact list and find your local contacts.
