How to access product master maintenance. (Administrator Only)

Resolution/Answer

1. Please click on the [SATO] logo at bottom left to access main [Menu}. When you logged in with an account that has administrator access, additional functions are available on the main [Menu].  

 2. On the main [Menu], click [Product Master Maintenance].

Once you select the [Product Master Maintenance] option, a message will appear to alert the user
that changing the master information will affect printing operations.

3. Click [OK] to continue.
The [Product Master] screen is displayed.

4. To Exit the [Product Master] Screen
Click the [Go Back] button on the bottom of the [Product Master] screen. The main [Menu] is
displayed.
