How to set the selected product as Active or inactive. (Administrator Only)

Resolution/Answer

When the product is set as [Active], the product information will be listed on the Product List of the
[Printing] screen. If the product is not in use and you wish to hide from the [printing] screen, set the
product to [Inactive].

1. On the [Product Master] screen, choose the product you wish to set as [Inactive] or
[Active].

2. Click the [Active/Inactive] button on the bottom of the [Product Master] screen.
The [Active] status will change alternately with every click of the [Active/Inactive] button.

The selected checkbox under the [Active] column indicates the product is [Active].
The cleared checkbox under the [Active] column indicates the product is [Inactive].
