How to edit the Selected Product Information. (Administrator Only)

Resolution/Answer

• You can only edit the selected product that has not been used to print out any label. That
means the [Serial_LastNumber] of the selected product is “0”.
• The editable fields are [Product Name], [Product Description], [EAN], and [Item
Reference].

1. On the [Product Master] screen, choose the product you wish to edit.
Make sure that the selected product’s [Serial_LastNumber] is “0”.

2. Click the [Edit] button on the bottom of the [Product Master] screen.
The [Edit Product] screen is displayed.

3. Change [Product Name], [Product Description], [EAN], or [Item Reference] to your
preferred content.

4. Click [Modify].
A confirmation message appears.

5. Click [Yes] to continue after you have confirmed the changes.
The changes will be updated on the Master Product List.
