How to edit the Selected Product Information. (Administrator Only)

Resolution/Answer

• You can edit the [Product Description] for products listed on the [Product Master] screen.
• Additionally, you also can change the [Product Name], [EAN], or [Item Reference] of a
selected product, provided it has not been used to print any labels, meaning the
[Serial_LastNumber] for the product is "0"

1. On the [Product Master] screen, choose the product you wish to edit.
Make sure that the selected product’s [Serial_LastNumber] is “0”.

2. Click the [Edit] button on the bottom of the [Product Master] screen.
The [Edit Product] screen is displayed.

3. Change [Product Name], [Product Description], [EAN], or [Item Reference] to your
preferred content.

4. Click [Modify].
A confirmation message appears.

5. Click [Yes] to continue after you have confirmed the changes.
The changes will be updated on the Master Product List.
