Resolution/Answer
Clone and restore from a working well printer
To clone from a good working printer.
Step 1
Put the printer to [Offline] mode - select [Setting] - select [Tools] - select [Clone] - Please choose "Excl. LAN/Wi-Fi/IP/Bluetooth" option - wait until the printer will show "complete".
Restore
Step 2
Remove the USB thumb drive and plug it to printer with font printing issue.
Step 3
The printer LCD will prompt and ask to confirm to restore, select [Yes}. Wait until the restoration done and printer will auto reboot. Remove USB thumb drive.
Step 4
After the restore done, please set the interface setting and test print from your network PC. [Settings] Menu > [Interface] Menu > [Network] > [Settings] > [LAN] and set the IP address accordingly (you may reuse the initial IP address, please check to ensure the IP not used by other printers).

Reset printer
[Please proceed ONLY if problem persist. This will Initialize the setting values and data saved on the printer.]
Put the printer to [Offline] mode - [Settings] Menu > [Tools] Menu > [Reset] > [Select] > [Data & Settings] > [Factory Reset]
