[01-00020-EN] How to solve an error message 1008 (Out of Paper)

The causes frequently observed
(1) The media is not loaded.
(2) The media is not loaded correctly.
(3) The media sensor level is not set correctly.
(4) The media has jammed.
(5) A media sensor is not operating properly.

To clear the error:
Load the media and open/close the print head or press the left soft button (OFFLINE) or the Line button.

(1)(2) Load the media correctly.

(4) Remove the jammed media.

(5) Majority of causes are:
(a) The media sensor is dirty, or there is a label attached to it.
(b) The media sensor has poor sensitivity.
